I have 15 years of experience, and specialize in the field of building inspections and assessments with specific knowledge in the areas of constuction and building science issues, mold and synthetic stucco related defects. I have testified on construction defects, moisture intrusion and synthetic stucco defects. I have spent my resources becoming trained and certified in many areas related to building issues and construction. Over the years I have taken course work that has led to the taking of many certifying examinations by professional third party professinal orgainizations. I am a certified home inspector of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI ) standards, third party exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) inspector as well as exterior envelope and moisture inspector.
